Return Eligibility:

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order for immediate resolution.
How to Return an Item:

Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp, email, or through our website with your Order Number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you'll be guided on how to send the item back using Leopard Courier or TCS Courier.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was received in a faulty or incorrect condition.

After receiving and inspecting the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.
